Ballerina Girl

When we left for dance last week, the batteries in my camera weren't charged
When we left for dance last week, my camera was broken
When we left for dance last week, we were running late
Oh, forget it . . . I never was a good liar!  When we left for dance last week, I had yet another Mom of the Year moment and forgot to take pictures of Millie on her first day of class this year.  So here's my little ballerina girl all dressed up and ready to see Mrs. Julie on her second week of ballet!  Mom?  Dad?  Remember . . . don't worry about college accounts; therapy accounts are best for my kids!

True Princess: Daughter of a King!

Tonight was Hannah's first dance recital. The name of the program was "All This for a King," and her class danced to a song called "True Princess."

Here are a few memories of our evening:

Prima Ballerina

Last week was supposed to be Hannah's first day of ballet, but since class was cancelled because of the evacuation, today was actually the first day.
I think she looks like an adorable little Republican ballerina...kind of like the Statue of Liberty meets the Sugar Plum Fairy! She got measured for her ballet attire at class tonight, so we had to choose something from the dress-up bin to wear for today. I'll post a "real" ballet picture when her clothes come in next week!
